As a Product Engineer at OXO, I led the technical development of the Multi Cherry Pitter from concept to production. I printed and tested an engineering prototype for proof of concept before we started the design process, which allowed us to meet a tight deadline for cherry season 2021.
I pitted over 100lbs of cherries in the course of this project, and continued to test extensively from home after COVID hit. I was able to troubleshoot several warping issues by modifying and dishwasher testing prototypes remotely.
The Multi Cherry Pitter shipped on time for cherry season and currently has a 4.6 star rating on Amazon.
